An energetic family man constructed this guesthouse in 2001 so that Jūrmala might provide more than just mainstream hotels. The doubles off the bright hall above the café have private bathrooms, cable TV and phone. For groups, two and four-room apartments are available as well as a luxury cottage for long-term stays.
