This long, narrow café with lime green walls is meant to look like the inside of a passenger train complete with faux windows with blurry landscapes at each booth and even luggage racks above the tables. Order pastries, cake, Latvian pancakes, coffee or something stronger and watch the passers-by through the floor-to-ceiling windows on the opposite side. The Viennese cremeschnitte are definitely worth a try.
