While its slogan ‘food for every taste’ might be a bit of a stretch, the Pan cafeteria and bar does offer incredibly cheap Latvian staples and a funky, modern interior. The excellent Užavas beer is on draught, but a Mojito or other trendy cocktail will set you back at least 2Ls – about the cost of a schnitzel with French fries.
