Brown Sugar has the most amazing pastries. We tried 3 of their cakes, an opera cake, a layered honey cake, and a delicate cake made of sponge layers with apricots and pistachio and all 3 were exceptional.Note that the pastries aren't really Latvian and are more Viennese style. Smoked salmon benedict was also very very good and was only 4 Lats (8 USD or 6 euros.)Kathy
