If you’re looking for a centrally located hostel you can’t do much better than Doma Hostel, which provides incredible views of Doma laukums (Cathedral Square). Friendly and family-run, it isn’t the height of fashion, but doesn’t pretend to be either. It’s a clean, safe place to spend the night by yourself or with a group of friends and also offers a TV room with big couches and a computer with internet access, a small kitchen with two fridges and modern shared toilets and showers.
