This relaxed neighbourhood bar had grand ambitions to be a Spanish-style pub which is why it’s still decorated with Spanish newspapers, bullfighting posters and, of course, the name Pablo Tapas Bar. It appears that the competition from other local bars was too stiff so it has largely abandoned the theme. You can however enjoy cheap mugs of local brews, plenty of affordable Latvian dishes and a terrace in the summer.
