For an underground Latvian music joint, its location hidden at the end of a long corridor on the ground floor of a posh ‘class A’ office building in Old Riga is definitely odd, but perhaps its happy-go-lucky bohemian vibe will rub off on the suits upstairs. Below a central skylight you’ll find mismatched chairs and tables, flattened wine bottle lamps, bizarre paintings and, of course, a stage for local live acts. Bauskas, Brenguļu and Staropramen brews are affordable and the cocktails are downright cheap.
