There really is no other place like it in Latvia, or the Baltics for that matter. Take the lift up to the 8th floor of this posh shopping centre and discover a tropically themed terrace that covers nearly the entire roof with lots of separate bars, a stage, a lounge and sunbathing areas. Cocktails and imported beers like Leffe and Stella Artois don’t come cheap, but the atmosphere and the incredible views of Old Riga and the city centre will quickly put your frugal mind at ease. You can also eat a proper meal cooked on the grill or just order a healthy salad. The toilets on the 7th floor also happen to be, in our opinion, the best available to the public in Riga.
