The absurd interior and costumes worn by the wait staff prove that Dadaism isn’t dead. Although soups and main courses are on offer, most people choose the ‘food market’ which is essentially a Mongolian barbecue. Pick a sauce (coconut curry, mango ginger, etc.), take a bowl and fill it to the top with a variety of raw vegetables, noodles, meat or seafood and leave it with the chef. Within minutes it’ll be cooked and brought back to your table.
