This Italian-style café of the old school boasts an early 20th-century interior of crystal chandeliers and red marble tabletops which is only befitting of Old Riga’s most impressive Art Nouveau building. It’s more of a place to sip coffee and chat or to read the paper than it is a place to eat a huge meal, but a small selection of delicious panini, salads and deserts are available.
