The orange walls and the red lanterns that hang from the office tile ceiling are not what one would call stylish, but that doesn’t seem to be what the owners were shooting for. For once a local eatery has placed a greater emphasis on food than decorations. All of the usual Asian favourites are available like kung pao chicken, as well as spare ribs, chicken wings and prawn crackers. Lāčplēsis brew is on draught for a pleasant 1.20Ls and wide variety of lunch specials that include soup, a main course and white rice can be had for under 4Ls from 11:00 - 15:00.

we went there for a meal while on holiday, and I have to say, that either owners invest in professional waiters, or they will destroy the place. We had russian speaking waitress, who answered phone while serving us, couldn't speak a word in latvian and was absolutely not knowing about menu, she also didn't bring back the change, and as we usually leave a good amount of tips, this was a true disaster.food was fine, thought the awfull waiter work destroyed my appetite.
