Roughly a dozen foreign and domestic beers including Guinness for 2.50Ls and Lāčplēsis for under 1Ls provide motivation enough to give this place a try. Although nominally English, most of the food served at Victory Pub is either Baltic or international in nature, even the so-called English breakfast. Escape the dark red rooms in the smoking lounge that provides a flat screen TV, pool table, dartboard and a number of comfortable leather couches.

  Excellent steak on the menu, along with some cheap Latvian beer on tap. Good sports available on the tv as well.

  But be also careful, they have a secret gambling hall, casino, in the connection to another building. Brandnew since 2010-03. Membership required! Be aware of it!

  And if u go downstairs, the food gets even hotter.all in all its quite a friendly, safe & homely place.
