If you think that Esplanāde is just another hotel restaurant then guess again. The interior is neutral and can accommodate hundreds of tourists, but the cuisine it serves is simply fantastic. Start with the spiced salmon carpaccio with lemon vodka jelly and move on to delicious mains as diverse as red wine braised duck leg and orange-black pepper flavoured roasted lamb saddle. An all-you-can-eat lunch buffet as well as a children's game room are also available. Also offers a daily breakfast buffet from 06:30 - 10:30, Sat, Sun 07:00 - 11:00.
