Kebabs Fix
Sorry, but they don't kebabs. It's even not worse to taste. No meat in it..
Well I "suppose" they do something similar to Döner Kebab but believe me that it is not anywhere near being a kebab. As I am from the country where kebab is the second god, I have never seen any worse "kebab" than this. They simply do not know what kebab is. I will keep searching for a place that serves a real kebab as long as I am in Riga.
I would not really aggree with this statement. After having lived in Riga and sometimes taken this as a solution for inexpensive and quick food, I cannot really be satisfied with the greasy and/or salad-less things they would offer in the kebab shops from real Turkishmen in Netherlands or UK (where I would assume the kebab "culture" would be more developed than in less multi-culti Riga). Of course, it's as long as you don't take their soups in a paper dish or anything else not kebab-related. But the kebab itself imho is far more better than any I have tasted in other countries.
