The cosy cellars of the Jacob’s Barracks are an ideal location for a place that caters to Riga’s visitors and the interior sports a generic folksy atmosphere of wooden tables, ceramic candelabras and ‘antique’ murals on the walls. Only traditional dishes and drinks are on offer and live folk music is also sometimes available in the evening.

    3 things- first of all do not relly on a staff as they cheat and do not inform you properly about prices2nd- 10% of service is extra charge3rd- if you order beer then do not be surprised if she will pour in the max capacity mug and will charge you the highest price in the city
