Although Charlie Pizza is a large Baltic chain of inexpensive pizzerias where one might expect to see teenage wait staff in silly, degrading costumes, a step inside makes one feel as if they’ve just entered an exclusive Moscow nightclub decked out in purple crushed velvet seats, black Venetian-style glass chandeliers, a shiny silver ceiling and faux Ionic columns, not to mention a few flat screen TVs. You can take your pick of dozens of pizzas and calzones, some of which are incredibly cheap, or try a main course of pasta, schnitzels or steaks.
