With a name like Ribs & Rock one might expect a southern-style barbecue joint with wooden picnic tables and paper placemats, but this is an upmarket affair more akin to an elegant blues club than an American roadhouse. In any event, if you like rock music and lots and lots of meat then you’re in luck as burgers, steaks, roast beef sandwiches and steak tartar are all on offer as well as some fish dishes for fair weather vegetarians. But a separate menu dedicated to a variety of ribs is its main attraction and you can order servings of 500g or a whole kilo. If you can’t get a table near the windows try the sunny atrium in back or have a seat upstairs.

  Delicious ribs and a place that I try to get to fairly frequently. Though perhaps just a coincidence but the last two times I went the ribs didn't seem to be fully cooked (could have used a few more minutes on the grill) - otherwise highly recommended! Also - they've made the portions smaller (from 500g 1kg to 400g 800g)
