One of the best markets in the world. So much diversity and choice..from bric a brac, designer goods and electrical items to tools, cds' and mouth watering mountains of fresh foods. The stallholders were really helpful to this English speaker..and directed me to where I needed to shop. Also, a good place to grab a snack and a drink, and people watch. Easy to reach from any part of Riga, the old airship hangers are large and airy, perfect for a market site.William Foster
