A cocktail bar-night club hybrid reached via a brief ride in a tiny lift, Mojo Lounge remains fairly empty for the early part of the evening before filling to overflowing after people start getting kicked out of the city’s bars. Refreshingly friendly, the interior designers opted for the classic nouveau-disco look complete with smoke machine, mirror ball, glowing bar and television screens fitted into the walls and have, if this is your cup of tea, succeeded magnificently. The legendary terrace doesn’t boast the best view in town it has to be said, but is a great place for a quiet early drink or a more frenetic experience in the middle of the night.
