Let’s face it, Kaunas’ skyline is hardly comparable with the one in Dallas. After dark however, most cities look rather lovely when viewed from above, and Kaunas is no exception. The Magnus Hotel’s in-house Panoramic Bar is also fairly unremarkable during the day, but put the two together at night, especially during the warmer part of the year when they open their outdoor terrace, and you get something worth writing about. We popped in on a Wednesday night, lured by live music, which turned out to be a man in a bad suit playing the saxophone even worse.
