Finland’s hamburger empire has reached the shores of Lithuania and by all accounts is proving to be, for reasons that escape us entirely, something of a success. Although perfectly edible, the meat-based burgers are, in a word, odd. Their veggie burgers on the other hand are simply ridiculous, bearing no resemblance whatsoever to the universally accepted idea of what a veggie burger is and tasting not unlike a mashed potato and cabbage sandwich.
