The idea of a place dedicated to tea aficionados is a good one. Unfortunately, this place doesn’t quite cut the mustard, not least because despite the name it’s not really a tea house. Trying to be upmarket with the aid of some ambitious flourishes of interior design, like so many Lithuanian cafés these days the owners are attempting to boost their profits by offering cheap weekday lunches, which is no doubt excellent news for budget-conscious locals but it does tend to dilute and basically spoil what could be a much better atmosphere.
