Yet another new Chinese restaurant, this one small in size and at the time of visiting packed to bursting with hungry locals tucking into average Chinese food for affordable prices. The Lithuanian waitresses look sweet in their Chinese costumes, but tend to turn sour when under duress. The incessant Lithuanian pop music and Scooby Doo on the television didn’t help much to creating the right kind of atmosphere either. Avoid when the office crowds are eating and it does get slightly better.
