Successful restaurant chains are often successful because they’re very good, and Mambo Pizza is no exception. Their signature Italian dish comes with a galaxy of toppings, none of them particularly magnificent but all of them very good for a non-Italian pizza. The all-day breakfast of eggs, bacon, toast and salad is also a very nice touch, plus this particular restaurant amusingly makes a mockery of the stupid law on selling alcohol in shops after 22:00 by opening its own alcohol shop, which by being inside a restaurant isn’t a shop at all.
