london 20 September 2008 I hired a car from them, paid the deposit, extra insurance and car rental. When I returned the car they did not return my deposit, took more money from my bank- as I flew home and denied my payment of deposit to my bank, trying to get more money from me. Unfortunately in their small print on car hire they keep all your bank details and you actually sign for them to take what they want as they want, and the bank can't stop them. Best scam ever?
