Accomplishing more things with shades of brown than even we thought imaginable, Vėtra is located about 10 minutes out of the centre next to an old marketplace selling fruit, vegetables and other exciting things. The place is not bad and if you ask for a room, request the best, as it is in fact the best by far. The additions of a sauna, conference facilities and a restaurant make for a fairly reasonable deal.
