Boat trips

There are numerous possibilities to mess about on the lagoon whilst in Nida during the summer. Ask around town, or look for signs advertising everything from water bicycles to fishing trips. Two larger vessels moored at the main harbour are also worth further investigation. Nidas (tel. +370 698 313 78) is a medium sized motor cruiser taking regular trips across the lagoon to the small settlement of Mingė on the other side and is also available for private functions. The impressive-looking Lana (tel. +370 620 302 13) is a beautiful, two-masted sailing ship ploughing regular trips around the lagoon and further afield.
