The lovely lady at the front desk happily admitted that this is a difficult place to sleep. It is, after all, right on top of a nightclub and a bustling pizza restaurant. But if nightlife is your thing, or if you want to stay in winter, this is a superb place. The furniture and decoration are a bit brown and blue, but very comfortable all the same. The big pull however is the location. Any closer to the pier and you’d be sleeping on the sand.

  My sister stayed at this hotel last year. While indeed boasting a lovely location and good off-season prices, be wary of breakfast prices in the chain cafe below. It seems it was advertised that there was a discount for hotel guests but this turned out not to be true. Otherwise, a friendly and nice hotel.
