Šiauliai for kids

Lithuania is a child-friendly country that often manages to overlook the basic needs of its children. Although Šiauliai has several parks and playgrounds to help the kids let off steam, finding such basics as baby changing facilities, more than one high chair or a cup smaller than a child’s head in most restaurants can be harder than locating the proverbial needle in a haystack.
