A brisk few minutes’ walk south from the centre and featuring a reception area littered with dead animal heads, the Hunters’ Tavern contains neither hunters nor a tavern but don’t let that stop you from staying here. The rooms inside this Nato favourite are modern and clean, all coming with satellite television, free cable internet connections and tempting minibars. Extras include a mediocre buffet breakfast, gym and an average restaurant. Good value, although the location could be a little better.
