Weak coffee and tea, basic buns and milk in convivial surroundings, Pieno Baras (Milk Bar) is notable for the interesting Soviet-era cameo on the wall and the owner who nearly bit our heads off for being interested in her establishment. The actual staff are made up of semi-retired, rather giggly ladies. A truly Lithuanian experience indeed.
