Located inside the police station and entered via a door at the back of the building, find all the usual offerings from plovas to Žemaičių blynai for silly prices. Not the most wholesome of restaurants it’s true, this one is only really worth visiting if you’re down on your luck or are truly interested in the minutiae of Lithuanian social culture.
