Not knowing quite what it is, Prie Teatro is perhaps best described as a café. True, it serves food, including a cheap and cheerful set lunch menu, and granted you can drink there in the evening, but with it’s enormous people-watching windows and propensity to attract a theatrical crowd when the neighbouring theatre is putting on a show, your best bet is to use it as a place to imbibe a cup of coffee amidst the city’s intellectual elite as you’re passing.
