Is the Chinese cook really doing his best in the face of the nightmare of limited authentic ingredients, or is he just pulling the wool over our hungry eyes? The soups are pretty good, but the spring roll fillings evidently got lost on their way to the inside of a cepelinai. Having said all that, this restaurant has been in business for years, so obviously somebody’s doing something right.
