Founded in 1913 by Antanas Gricevičius, who studied confectionary art in Vilnius, Šiauliai and St. Petersburg, today’s modern factory has come a long way since the first sweets were produced in a small timber house. Today’s production shops cover a total area of some 5,000 square metres, employ almost 250 local staff and produce a wide range of delicious chocolates, liqueur chocolates, pralines and other treats.
