Not surprisingly for a capital city there’s a lot of culture to be had in Vilnius including some cracking classical music, a bit of worthy contemporary art and the occasional faded Western rock star. Going to concerts and festivals in and around the city is a relatively inexpensive affair, with concert tickets often costing less than 10Lt.
