The meals are generous and very hearty, with some of them served in vats. Rather than being boring stodge however, the food is also quite interesting and tasty. Flavour and quantity is a dangerous combination. Thankfully prices are such that only rich people will be able to eat themselves to death. The menu features cuisine from Belgium and other destinations, including a knockout Steak Roquefort and plenty of mussels. The beer comes from the famous Chimay Brewery, home to an order of trappist monks.

Whoops! Big mistake! The Belgium restaurant we went to was infact named René - which was superb!Belgai I have no experience with, so must withdraw my last post.
These reviews are from some time ago, so it seems quite different now... We stumbled upon this place last week and had freshly flown in mussels from France. They were fantastic!!At lunch for 16 liters(local currency), we had two courses of delicious onion soup and a small beef fillet with a generous serving of vegetables. For dinner it was the mussels (32liters)served with fries and 4 belgium beers. Total price was up around 50 liters and we got a discount because we got our first beers during the 'unhappy'/happy hour. Service was very good and friendliness level, excellent!Amusing comments on the menu. It's a classy place minus pretension. Absolutely recommendable.Maybe a little difficult to find...
Went here yesterday and it was a huge disapointment. Very limited menu with few true Belgian dishes. Service was very poor (but as stated earlier, this is the case in most Lithuanian restaurants) especially the serving of the (expensive) Belgian beers. The food was without any doubt the worst imitation of Belgian food I ever saw. Obviously the "chef" has never seen or eaten Belgian dishes. He probably hasn't even been in the same timezone of real Belgian food. 2 Hours of my life I can never get back.
It's a try-it-once-and-never-again occasion.Awefull publicity for Belgium!

Indeed, nothing Belgian about it and scandalous prices for beer. The portions were never big too. The service is unpleasant (as in most Lithuanian restaurants) and not professional. But hey, what do you want? If you pay peanuts, you get apes. -Belgian Boy
We live in Vilnius, and we eat at this restaurant quite often. Perhaps if you are looking for 100% authentic Belgian food, you will be disappointed. However, it's not a bad imitation and some of the food is actually quite tasty. (And, we've been to Belgium, so we have an idea of what the food should taste like.) However, the portions were recently reduced, while the prices did not change.
Nothing "teutanic" about the portions and not as far as tasty as La Provence! Too high price level and cheap interior! Nothing Belgian about it except the too expensive Belgian beer! Oh yes, I forgot the grungy barman that does not know how to serve Belgian beer!
