A long, thin affair that’s both a restaurant and bar, the Flea Pit is just itching to be investigated. The food covers a wealth of tastes from Thai to Italian, the beer and wine menu puts most Old Town places to shame and the décor is refreshingly different. Add to that a garden that’s a delight in the summer and fun to huddle in and smoke oneself to death when it’s freezing outside and you’ve got one of the top places to enjoy in town.

Very interesting and probably the best burger I have ever eaten. Only drawback was my wifes salad and my potato dish were absolutely drowned in vinegar. Very unusual for Vilnius as vinegar is not popular at all. - 22

Just stumbled upon this little restaurant / cafe. It's sunny at the moment in Vilnius, I was attracted by the quaintness of the inside but ended up sitting outside at the back. It's not the cheapest place but it's a little gem in Vilnius. There is a varied menu, although the portions are quite small for the price. All in all I've spent two very happy meals there. No problem for a woman to go there alone, enjoy a cool drink and listen to the playful conversation of some regular expats. I come from a city where such cafes are non existant, I would love there to be a little Bluysne in my city but then again maybe I'm fed up with my city and are just yearning after a new expat life. - 06
