Going from strength to strength, Jalta is an excellent reason to visit the leafy suburb populated with more than its fair share of wooden houses that’s Žvėrynas. The food leans in the direction of healthy, offering plenty of dishes made from locally sourced ingredients whilst they also organise a wealth of evening events including DJs in the greenhouse in the front garden. Complete with a peaceful, tree-laden terrace that’s a real knockout during the warmer part of the year, expect plenty of red-eyes alternative types turning up on bicycles. Definitely recommended.
