Not bad for a cup of tea and a slice of cake, Skonis ir Kvapas (Taste and Smell) was long ago eclipsed by others who simply do it better. The international food on offer is more an afterthought than a reason to run a restaurant, although it’s not too bad if you do order it. Extra Brownie points for the attached shops selling, tea, coffee and exotic tobacco products, find it just off the street down one of the area’s plentiful alleyways.
