They might be the underdog of the Lithuanian pizza world but actually offer rather good pizza and have furniture that isn't falling apart. Other meals (simple meat dishes, for example) are also above par for such a chain store. No wonder it can be hard to find a seat at lunchtime, or at 01:00 on a Saturday morning for that matter.
