Growing from strength to strength, it's a breath of fresh air to see a restaurant in Lithuania improve over time rather than the usual opposite. Aiming to introduce tapas to the local population among other things, this Spanish-themed restaurant-bar on two floors provides a bit of everything, from a first-floor café complete with open kitchen serving dishes including Basque fish soup to grilled meat to a labyrinth of rooms downstairs for long evenings of eating and drinking. Service is friendly, the décor has some extraordinary touches downstairs and the wine list is impressive.

Really disappointing. The place has potential given its location concept interior design and excellent service so it's a shame that other factors let it down.Firstly I understood that the purpose of Tapas should be to sample an array of small dishes at the same time not a multi-course meal with long breaks in between (though perhaps this is to encourage a larger bar tab).Secondly the tapas and "main courses" (not sure why they are labelled as so given the size) were nothing special. Paella was nothing of the sort and other dishes were over-salted and or ordinary with a pretense of being something special. Chicken with mint had no flavour of mint whatsoever. Thirdly the music was overbearing and made no sense. There are so many tasteful options what would have been fitting yet they opted for the standard throw-away club-tier music that America churns out instead. Tapas evokes good conversation but the music here puts a stop to that.Finally they have an excellent seletion of wines and other drinks but it seems the place is too pretentious to offer local beers offering instead mediocre international labels at ludicrously inflated prices. The place really does have potential but as it is currently it's suited only for armchair tourists from the neighbouring hotels or people with more money than sense.
The coolest and cosiest bar in town!Great tapas and probably biggest selections of wine and spirits.Nice and friendly staff. I was impressed!
