As the only 'haute cuisine' restaurant I've been to in Vilnius, I can only compare to the other ones abroad. La provence serves excellent food, a bit too much 'novelle cuisine', perhaps, but, still very good combinations. Perhaps some more traditional mediterrean recipes could be offered, but, only if well made! Still after spending 200 Lts per person (including wine) ... I do expect to be served good food!Kristen Skullerud
