There are some nice touches to Vilnius’ only kosher restaurant like bread and water on the table when you walk in, but the slight three-star hotel restaurant feel to the place can be a little overwhelming, especially when the place is empty. Specialising in both Jewish (although not Litvak) and international cuisine, the food, which features no meat with the exception of fish, is by all accounts not bad at all. The wine comes straight from Israel, as do a number of the guests. Choose your time carefully and you’re in for a decent night’s dining with a distinct difference.
