  West Express – simply the worst travel agent I ever dealt with! I booked 2 flight tickets worth USD 1,000++ (and paid immediately!) and a week before the flight I received an email from them saying they can’t issue the ticket due to technical errors. Obviously the ticket prices doubled a week before the flight which caused me a loss of another USD1,000++. Besides after I sent a complaint letter, no one ever bothered responding to my email.
