I remember the concerts of Ed McCoy at the Kieve's Olympic Stadium. I followed Ed McCoy, Raasha and Sasha Melinin in five concerts around Moscow and leningrad as well. Ed McCoy's classic rock and Rocl a billy music was fantasitic. He was one hell of a performer. As a visiting American I was thrilled seeing an American artist doing so well in spreading a little Amereicana at the time when Gorbachave was just begining to emerge from the clutches of Red Square and its gate keepers.Every show of Ed McCoy was fantastic. Anyone knows whatever happend to Ed McCoy? I've heard he's now using his native American name Ed Silvercloud instead of Ed McCoy. Anyone knows any thing about Ed McCoy or Ed Silvercloud?John Rollins, Jr.

In 1989-1990 Russia's famous singer Alla Pogacheva's Teatre Peecne organized the first ever American performer's concerts with Sasha Melinin, Alexander Seroff, Andre Makaravich and the American country rock singer Ed McCoy (Ed Silvercloud) and Raasha in this beautiful concert hall. Does any one have any pictures or video of these concerts?Ed Medders
