In a converted home in the Fabijoniškės district not too far from the middle of civilisation, the hosts of this family-run hotel are eager to please their guests. The set-up is reminiscent of a traditional British B&B since there is a living room and a dining room where breakfast is served, and the nice owners will pick up guests at the aiport which is a real bonus.
A5 Hotel comments

I had a reservation to stay here and had an email confirming that they would pick me up at the airport for the price of 15 euros. I arrived at the airport and no one was there to pick me up. When i called the hotel, the man told me that they didn't do airport pickup. When I told him that I had an email confirming that they do, he very rudely told that he didn't know who sent me the email and that it was my problem on finding a way to their hotel. It was 11pm and I was a female traveling alone. I told him he just lost a customer and hung up. Luckily some nice people at the airport helped me contact another hotel. I would never recommend staying at a hotel where the management could care less about its customers. This is the second time I've tried to post this review on this site. I hope this time it gets posted. - 28

I had a reservation to stay at the A5 Hotel and I also had an email confirming that they would pick me up at the airport, BUT when I arrived in Vilnius, they weren't at the airport. When I called them they said they don't do airport pickup, and they didn't care if I had an email as proof, and it was "my problem" on finding a way to their hotel. It was 11pm and I was a female traveling alone. So, I told them they lost a client and called another hotel.
