  I'm in shock. A year ago I would say this hotel has the best service ever. May be it's the change of management or personnel, but this year every question I have asked was answered with a "NO". The best part was when the receptionist asked me to pay in advance for three days of stay, when I asked to leave my things in the room and pay in a couple of hours (as I hadn't had the money on me), she refused to check me in, although the reservation was made by the manager of the conference halls - we were there working on the corporate event.
