Started by the legendary rock band from Šiauliai of the same name, the scruffy bar on two floors that is Bix is fairly tame during the week but can get busy and full of testosterone-filled men in leather jackets during the weekend. The two pool tables upstairs are a disaster, but quite good fun after a few beers.
