Skopje’s first proper hostel is just southeast of the city centre, and is by all accounts a fun place to stay. Featuring a mix of private rooms and dormitories, extras include bicycle rental, laundry, kitchen, big free breakfasts served until lunchtime and internet access. There’s a garden with a theatre stage and bar too.

This is very very bad hostel 'cos this is actually not hostel, it's private house, with no shower !!! while I was staying there I was trying to spend whole time outside, and go there just for few hours of sleep... I would not recommend it to no one .... - 27
